Women In Corporate Aviation

Women in Corporate Aviation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, is a group of aviation professionals, including flight department personnel, FBO managers, writers, students, training center professional and many others who work together to promote opportunities for women in aviation. From our first meeting at the Women in Aviation Conference 1993 to our growing organization today, we have networked and promoted career opportunities in business aviation. Our Mission: Women in Corporate Aviation’s (WCA) mission is to be the premier association for both women and men alike in corporate and business aviation. Our main goal is to shatter the proverbial glass ceiling and promote diversity and equality in the industry.

WCA will introduce corporate aviation opportunities and create diversity in the industry by providing event networking opportunities, scholarship information, online interaction and mentoring to future professionals. We want to be role models and continue paving the way for the next generation. And we believe that by educating and fostering a strong network of diverse, passionate, and dedicated individuals in the industry, we can encourage women and many others who are underrepresented to pursue careers and other business opportunities in the field.
