Women’s Rural Resource Centre of Strathroy-Caradoc (WRRCS) is a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting women, children, and families affected by gender-based violence in rural Middlesex County.
We provide confidential support services, advocacy, education, and prevention programs grounded in a feminist, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed approach. Our work focuses on safety, healing, and empowerment, while addressing the unique barriers faced by survivors in rural communities.
WRRCS supports individuals at different stages of their journey, from crisis response to longer-term healing, and works collaboratively with community partners to promote healthy relationships, violence prevention, and systemic change.
We believe everyone deserves to live free from violence, with dignity, choice, and access to meaningful support.
