Role Overview
The Subcontracts Global Process Owner is responsible for leading the strategic direction, continuous improvement, and governance of subcontracting processes across the organization. This role ensures the development, deployment, and enhancement of global subcontracting solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The incumbent will drive standardization, compliance, and operational excellence while supporting the evolution of subcontracting systems and practices worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and continuously refine standardized subcontracting processes, practices, tools, metrics, and dashboards to drive consistency and efficiency across global projects.
Lead the development of standardized preambles, methods & measures, commercial contracting table of contents, and forms of contract templates.
Establish, monitor, and enforce governance processes to ensure process compliance, transparency, and accountability.
Collaborate with stakeholders (including functional leaders, project teams, process end users, and digital/IT) to identify process improvement opportunities and deliver measurable results.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven ability to drive process improvement, standardization, and change management initiatives in a complex, multinational environment.
