Join Xerox as a Field Service Technician and become part of a growing Technical Services organization focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this hands-on role, you will use your electro-mechanical expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain customer equipment while helping maximize device availability and performance. Xerox provides technical training to help you build the product knowledge and skills needed to successfully support your assigned territory.

What You Will Do:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain customer equipment using electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Deliver professional, responsive customer service while helping minimize equipment downtime
- Use diagnostic tools, including a multimeter, and interpret electrical schematics to identify and resolve equipment issues
- Manage assigned service calls and territory responsibilities while meeting established productivity, response time, quality, and cost expectations
- Maintain the equipment, parts, and inventory required to effectively support customers within your assigned territory
What You Need to Succeed:
- Electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience with the ability to use a multimeter and interpret electrical schematics
- Strong customer service, time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based environment while reliably meeting customer and service commitments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly walk, stand, squat, bend, and drive for more than 50 percent of the workday
- This position requires a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance coverage meeting company-specified minimums, and the ability to meet the company's motor vehicle safety standards.
