Title: Security Architect
Location: Mississauga, ON, Canada L5N 0E1
Work Model: Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week

Required Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- An equivalent combination of education and demonstrated professional experience will also be considered.
Experience:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, information security, enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related technology leadership roles.
- Demonstrated experience designing and governing enterprise security architectures within complex technology environments.
- Strong experience with cloud transformation and hybrid technology ecosystems.
Demonstrated experience conducting:
o Security risk assessments
o Security architecture reviews
o Threat modeling
o Security design assessments
- Experience incorporating security-by-design principles into project and solution delivery lifecycles.
- Experience reviewing functional and non-functional requirements for security adequacy and providing formal architecture/security sign-off.
- Strong understanding of enterprise security controls across IAM, application security, network security, cloud security, data protection, APIs, and integrations.
- Experience establishing security architecture standards, principles, patterns, and reference architectures.
- Experience working with project teams to classify security risks and define appropriate controls.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills with experience advising senior technology and business leadership.
- Ability to communicate complex cybersecurity risks and architectural considerations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience collaborating across architecture, security, infrastructure, cloud, application, and product teams.
