The Front Desk Support Representative serves as the first point of contact for families, child care providers, community partners, and visitors. In this volunteer role, you will provide customer service, assist with resource navigation, support Toy Lending Library services, and help ensure visitors have a positive experience when accessing YMCA programs and resources. You will contribute to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and professional environment while maintaining confidentiality in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.

What You Will Do
As a Front Desk Support Representative, you will:
- Greet and assist visitors, families, child care providers, and community partners.
- Respond to inquiries regarding CCRR programs, services, and community resources.
- Support Toy Lending Library services, including toy borrowing, returns, and renewals.
- Direct visitors and clients to appropriate staff and services.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
- Ensure informational materials are current, accessible, and well presented.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail, deliveries, and correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
