Mission: The One-to-Many (O2M) PM Program (part of the PS Project Consolidation Initiative) transitions smaller, low-touch, high-velocity engagements from regional Professional Services PMs to dedicated O2M PMs.
Impact: Allows senior PS Project Managers to focus 100% of their bandwidth on high-touch, strategic customer partnerships while ensuring smaller projects move quickly and efficiently.
Core Responsibilities
Multi-Project Management: Simultaneously manage and deliver a large volume of concurrent, low-touch customer engagements (e.g., Phase 1, Foundation, Staff Augmentation, NERM, and AI modules).
Project Planning & Governance: Establish standard project plans using predefined foundation templates, track milestones, and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
System & Status Tracking: Manage project data, resource assignments, timecard approvals, and automated status reports directly within Certinia.
Customer & Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for customer cadence calls, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, and escalations.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
SailPoint Product Knowledge: Solid understanding and hands-on experience with SailPoint solutions (IdentityIQ and/or Identity Security Cloud - ISC).
High-Volume Delivery: Proven experience managing multiple client-facing projects in parallel under fast-paced timelines.
Communication & Language Skills: Strong verbal and written communication; specific roles may prioritize multilingual capabilities
