Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and support secure, scalable, cloud native applications across the full stack. This role combines hands on software engineering with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, security, and engineering enablement.
This is a pro code role. You will spend your time in TypeScript, React, Python/.NET/Node, Terraform or Bicep, GitHub Actions, and Azure. No low code background is expected or required.
You will, however, be joining our Power Platform Center of Excellence and while the day to day work is conventional software engineering, the platform is part of the environment you'll be building in. We are not hiring a Power Platform specialist, and we will teach everything platform specific. What we do ask is that you come in genuinely curious about it and willing to learn it, because it is part of the estate you'll be helping to engineer and govern. More detail below.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications, APIs, and supporting services across front end and back end platforms.
- Deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions using modern engineering practices, automated testing, and sound architectural patterns.
- Build and manage Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, including reusable modules, environment promotion, and deployment automation.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and release processes using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Apply security best practices across application development, cloud configuration, identity, secrets management, and delivery pipelines.
- Contribute to engineering standards through code reviews, documentation, templates, observability practices, and continuous improvement.
- Use AI assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity, quality, and delivery speed.
- Partner with cross functional teams and mentor developers through collaboration, review, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications
- 8+ Years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Strong experience delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- Hands on experience with Terraform and/or Bicep for Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of secure software delivery and cloud security fundamentals.
- Experience contributing to engineering standards, platform practices, or developer enablement initiatives.
- Practical experience using AI assisted development tools in daily engineering work
Preferred Technical Background
- Front end: React, Next.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Back end: Python, Node.js, .NET, or Java.
- Cloud platform: Azure services for compute, storage, messaging, monitoring, and containers.
- DevOps and infrastructure: Terraform, Bicep, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps.
- Security: Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, Key Vault, vulnerability scanning, and secure SDLC practices.
- Scripting and automation: PowerShell for administrative automation and tenant level operations.
