Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead – Oracle Cloud & Oracle AI with 8+ years of experience in Oracle application development, cloud technologies, and enterprise integrations, combined with strong hands-on expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating AI-powered capabilities within Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Applications. The role will focus on leveraging Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle AI Services, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and enterprise integration technologies to improve business processes, automation, analytics, forecasting, and user productivity.
The candidate will work closely with technical, functional, and business teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions across the Oracle ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML solutions integrated with Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Develop and integrate Generative AI, LLM, and AI-powered solutions for Oracle business processes.
- Design and implement AI-powered chatbots, copilots, virtual assistants, and intelligent workflow automation.
- Integrate Oracle applications with AI platforms using REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and OCI.
- Develop solutions using OCI Generative AI, Oracle AI Services, OpenAI, and Azure OpenAI.
- Design and implement RAG-based applications, vector search, AI Agents, and Agentic AI workflows.
- Develop predictive analytics, forecasting, anomaly detection, and recommendation solutions.
- Develop and optimize PL/SQL packages, SQL, APIs, Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher reports, and Oracle Workflows.
- Work with Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion Applications to develop and enhance enterprise solutions.
- Design data pipelines and prepare datasets for AI/ML model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements across Finance, SCM, Procurement, HCM, Projects, and Manufacturing.
- Lead application troubleshooting, performance tuning, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Establish appropriate AI governance, security, data privacy, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions for Oracle Cloud environments.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams.
- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical and AI solutions.
