Our collective is dedicated to providing a safe landing for first responders, including police, special constables, firefighters, paramedics, dispatchers, corrections personnel, military members, veterans, the RCMP, and their families. We employ evidence-based methods that honour the rebuilding of psychological resilience amidst the demands of high-stress professional lives.
We are looking for like minded 5 plus years experienced RP or RSW to join in our Collective, who has the qualifications to work with frontline population.
What does the Collaborative work entail:
- Connecting within our own peers on a monthly basis - peer supervision through a Certified Clinician under OCSWSSW.
- Cross referrals
- No deduction of your fee cost. No Overhead of fees.
- Start up fee required
- Monthly fee for adminstrative, advertising, Psychology Today, Google Analytics, events, rental space etc.
