At Your Therapist Psychotherapy & Counselling, we are proud to expand our areas of specialization while continuing to provide personalized mental health care to individuals, couples, and families across Ontario.
Our two new areas of specialization include:
1. Military, Veterans, RCMP, Intelligence & Security Sector Services: Therapy and mental health support for military members, veterans, RCMP members, intelligence and security sector personnel, and their families.
2. Child & Youth Therapy: Specialized support for children and youth navigating emotional, behavioural, social, and mental health challenges.
These new services build on our existing range of therapeutic offerings and reflect our commitment to meeting the diverse needs of the communities we serve.
With four clinic locations across Ontario, virtual therapy, sliding-scale options, and services available in 11+ languages, we strive to make therapy more accessible and inclusive.
Our team of clinicians brings diverse backgrounds, experiences, and areas of expertise, offering a range of therapeutic approaches to help clients find care that fits their individual needs.
