Warehouse Receiver - Full-Time, Long-Term

Shift: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
YYZ Prep is a small business in Brampton providing Amazon FBA prep and fulfillment services for the past six years. We’re looking for a long-term, full-time Warehouse Receiver who wants to grow with our business.
This is a hands-on, physically active role in a small warehouse. A significant part of your day will involve receiving deliveries, moving boxes and pallets, and organizing inventory by client. You’ll also use our computer system to record deliveries and match them to expected inbound shipments.
We need someone who can work quickly while staying accurate and organized, learn new processes quickly, and ask questions when something is unclear.
What you’ll do
- Receive boxes and pallets throughout the day and communicate with delivery drivers.
- Frequently lift, carry, and move boxes, keeping incoming deliveries organized.
- Operate pallet jacks and safely build, stack, and wrap skids.
- Identify which client each delivery belongs to and keep inventory clearly separated.
- Match deliveries to the correct inbound records and accurately enter receiving information.
- Flag damaged goods, discrepancies, and shipments that need clarification.
- Keep the receiving area safe, tidy, and accessible.
- Organize your workload and maintain an efficient pace as deliveries arrive.

- Previous warehouse or receiving experience, including using pallet jacks, forklifts, and building and handling skids.
- Ability to work at a fast, steady pace while maintaining accuracy and safe handling.
- Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift, including frequently lifting and moving boxes.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn our receiving system quickly.
- Willingness to take initiative and ask questions when needed.
Schedule and additional hours
The regular shift is 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Optional additional hours and weekend work may be available during busy periods, especially during the Q4 peak season.
