Role Description The FT Keyholder is a full-time 40hour per week, on-site role based in Montreal, QC, responsible for supporting daily store operations and delivering an elevated customer experience aligned with Zadig&Voltaire’s brand values. This role includes opening and closing the boutique, safeguarding store keys, and ensuring that store procedures are followed consistently. The Keyholder assists with clienteling, styling clients, driving sales, and maintaining visual merchandising and stockroom organization. The position also involves coaching team members on service standards, handling point-of-sale transactions, and supporting store leadership with loss prevention and compliance. The FT Keyholder serves as a role model on the sales floor, contributing to a creative, inclusive, and performance-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail or luxury fashion, with strong clienteling and customer service skills.
- Ability to lead by example on the sales floor, support opening/closing procedures, and uphold operational standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse clientele and team.
- Attention to detail in visual merchandising, inventory handling, and store presentation.
- Comfort with POS systems, basic cash handling, and adherence to loss prevention and safety policies.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move stock, and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Interest in contemporary fashion, art, and music, with a genuine alignment to Zadig&Voltaire’s creative and independent spirit.
- Previous keyholder or supervisory experience in retail is an asset; multilingual skills (e.g., English and French) are beneficial.
