Role Description The Keyholder is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC, responsible for supporting store leadership in daily operations and delivering an elevated customer experience. This role oversees opening and closing procedures, ensures adherence to company policies, and helps maintain a secure and organized store environment. The Keyholder actively engages clients on the sales floor, provides styling advice, and promotes brand values to maximize sales and customer loyalty. Daily tasks include managing cash handling, assisting with inventory and visual merchandising, and ensuring products are presented in line with brand standards. The Keyholder also helps train and guide team members, fostering a collaborative, performance-driven, and inclusive workplace.
Qualifications
- Strong retail sales and customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and driving store performance.
- Ability to create an outstanding customer experience, including proactive engagement, personalized styling support, and follow-up communication.
- Solid product knowledge and interest in fashion, with the capacity to translate brand identity and collection details into clear client benefits.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal communication, and professional written communication when needed.
- Previous experience in fashion or premium retail, including keyholder or supervisory responsibilities, is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with POS systems, cash handling, and basic operational procedures such as opening, closing, and inventory tasks.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move product, and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
