Procurement Specialist / 12-Month Contract

Zehnder Group North America is growing, and we’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Ventilation Business Segment in London, Ontario!
If you’re a procurement or supply chain professional who enjoys a fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants to make a direct impact on production, this is an opportunity to join a growing multinational organization.
In this role, you’ll help ensure the materials our production teams need are purchased and delivered on time, at the right quality, and at the best value.
What You’ll Do
- Purchase and expedite materials for production and MRO requirements
- Manage back orders, late deliveries, and short shipments to help protect production
- Support purchasing of capital items and services
- Monitor raw-component replenishment and support Kanban initiatives
- Review purchase orders and supplier confirmations for pricing, lead times, and delivery dates
- Maintain accurate purchasing information in NetSuite
- Resolve purchasing and delivery discrepancies
- Validate packing slips against purchase orders and maintain documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Materials Management, or a related field
- Strong organization and ability to prioritize competing demands
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment
- Strong analytical and data-entry skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems
- Manufacturing, procurement, or supply chain experience is an asset
- NetSuite/ERP experience is an asset
