Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience within Investment Banking or Capital Markets.
- Strong domain knowledge of Prime Brokerage / Prime Services.
- Solid understanding of hedge fund operations, financing structures, and related business processes.
- Experience with margin management, collateral management, securities lending, and financing products.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience collaborating across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and requirements-gathering capabilities.
