About Zero to Agent
Zero to Agent builds AI workflows for businesses. We work directly with owners and their teams to understand how work gets done, choose the right problem and deliver systems they can use every day. Our client pods bring strategy, client delivery and engineering together, taking work from discovery through implementation and adoption.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the client journey. Turn discovery into business requirements, scope, dependencies and acceptance criteria. Prioritize workflows by value, feasibility and adoption effort.
- Lead client delivery. Run kickoffs and working sessions, manage plans and risks, and keep the next action clear. Engineering owns production systems; commercial leadership owns pricing and contracts.
- Build and test prototypes. Use AI and low-code tools to clarify requirements, working with an engineer who owns technical design and implementation.
- Drive adoption and follow-through. Coordinate testing, training and launch; measure results, track issues and coordinate their resolution.
- Build the delivery function. Report to Kensho, work directly with the founders and own an initial portfolio within one delivery pod. Establish the methods and handover standards future pods use.
What You’ll Need
- Three to five years in consulting, implementation, technical customer success, product operations or a hands-on operating role.
- Evidence of taking client work through implementation, launch or operational handover.
- Strong business judgment and the ability to turn an ambiguous problem into an executable plan.
- Clear written and spoken communication with business leaders and engineers.
- Practical experience with AI tools, automation, APIs and integrations, including simple prototypes.
- Experience helping teams adopt new systems and measuring what changed after launch.
Bonus Points
- Experience at McKinsey, Bain or BCG in implementation, operations, digital or transformation.
- Delivery experience in technology consulting, SaaS or an early-stage business.
- An established team you have shipped work with. Teammates apply separately to relevant roles; each person is assessed individually.
