Required Skill Set:
- QE Delivery Manager is responsible for leading end to end QE delivery across multiple programs and projects, ensuring high-quality releases through effective test strategy, automation adoption, governance, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.
- The role requires strong leadership, delivery management, and quality transformation experience.
- More than 10 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 5 years in QE Delivery management. Experience managing large scale enterprise digital transformation programs.
- Strong experience in Quality Engineering and Testing Delivery. Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
- Experience managing distributed onsite-offshore teams.
Hands on understanding of:
- Test Automation (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, UFT, Tosca, etc.)
- API Testing (Postman, REST Assured)
- Performance Testing (LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad)
- Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices
- CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Test Management Tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, QMetry, ALM)
