- 1 year of dental experience preferred or completion of a dental administrative program
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service mindset
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
- Enjoys working collaboratively with a team
- Experience with dental practice management software Tracker is an asset
