Our client is seeking a highly organized
Art Coordinator to support creative and production teams across a variety of projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience coordinating creative assets, timelines, and approvals in a fast-paced environment.
Role Overview
The Art Coordinator will support the day-to-day execution of creative projects by managing files, tracking deliverables, coordinating feedback, and ensuring assets move efficiently through the production process. This role requires strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working closely with designers, production teams, and internal stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate creative assets, project files, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
- Organize and maintain artwork, design files, templates, and production assets.
- Track project status, deadlines, approvals, and revisions to ensure work stays on schedule.
- Liaise with designers, production teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and communicate updates.
- Review incoming files and artwork for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to project requirements.
- Support version control and ensure the most current files are clearly organized and accessible.
- Assist with routing creative for review, approval, and final production.
- Maintain project trackers, status documents, and creative libraries.
- Support the preparation of presentations, artwork packages, and production-ready files.
- Help identify missing information, assets, or approvals and follow up with the appropriate teams.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Role Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in creative coordination, art coordination, production coordination, graphic design support, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Experience working with creative files, artwork, or production assets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or missing information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and revisions simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with designers, production teams, vendors, or creative stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is strongly preferred.
- Experience with project management or workflow tools is considered an asset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
