Location: North York, ON – 5 days/week on-site (TTC accessible)

Salary: $50,000–$55,000/year
Our client is looking for a
Jr. Graphic Designer to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role combines graphic design, print production, retail marketing coordination, and video editing. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented designer who can manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams while ensuring creative materials are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce a variety of in-store, promotional, print, and digital marketing materials.
- Create and adapt creative assets across multiple formats and channels while maintaining brand consistency.
- Prepare production-ready artwork for print and digital applications, ensuring files meet technical specifications.
- Coordinate with printers, production vendors, and external partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Support retail and mall marketing initiatives, including store openings, events, promotions, and specialty campaigns.
- Coordinate creative requests, timelines, artwork specifications, approvals, and deliverables across internal teams.
- Create, edit, resize, and adapt video and digital content for e-commerce, social media, campaigns, in-store screens, and other marketing channels.
- Maintain organized design files, templates, production assets, signage, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with Design, Marketing, Retail, Operations, Visual, Buying, and other cross-functional teams.
- Manage multiple creative and production projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing production, retail marketing, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma across Mac and PC, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
- Experience preparing files for professional print production.
- Experience editing and exporting video content for digital and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and production design.
- Comfortable working with Google Workspace, including Google Drive and Google Sheets.
- Retail, fashion, consumer, or multi-location brand experience is considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and file-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently within tight deadlines.
- Collaborative, receptive to feedback, and comfortable working within a creative team.
- Able to work 5 days/week on-site in North York.
