Our Toronto-based client is hiring a Junior Business Analyst for an 11-month hybrid contract opportunity.
Must Haves:
- 2+ years of experience as an operational Business Analyst in IT or digital health environments
- Hands-on experience with client support and client onboarding
- Strong attention to detail with a specific focus on data integrity
- Solid understanding of data integrity and data quality principles
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal communication skills in an operational environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet SLA timelines
- Demonstrated experience interpreting, analyzing, and executing business processes
