What you'll be doing:
- Tracking & Tracing, monitoring shipments and relaying status to customers
- Communicating with Customer Service Representatives and warehouse operations for order completion
- Updating TMS with accessorial charges and ensuring the load is complete and accurate for billing
- Assisting customers and other third parties with inquiries and problem resolution, escalate when required
- Obtaining carrier packages and insurance/WSIB/etc.
- Performing other duties and projects as assigned
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1+ years of transportation experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Capable of communicating effectively in a concise, professional manner
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient working with MS Office including Outlook
- Proficient working knowledge in ERP/TMS software
