About The Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Manager, Business Solutions, this role is pivotal in supporting our supply chain and distribution operations through data-driven insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and transforming operational data into comprehensive reports that inform strategic decision-making. This position requires a strong understanding of supply chain management principles, advanced data analysis skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders. The Supply Chain Analyst will collaborate with various internal departments to ensure data accuracy, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and support ongoing process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Between 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in supply chain analysis or related roles.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts and practices.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Power Query, Power Pivot, dashboards, and SQL.
- Experience with Power BI for report development and data visualization.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive analyses related to supply chain processes to identify efficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collect, consolidate, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Develop, update, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytical findings to relevant teams and management within established timelines.
- Collaborate with internal partners to understand business drivers and define analytical requirements for various projects.
- Support supply chain and distribution teams with ad hoc data analysis and reporting tasks.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new analytical tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain data integrity through regular data entry, updates, and audits.
