Must Haves:
- 8–10+ years of Investment Operations experience with strong Collateral Management expertise
- Deep understanding of ISDA CSA / GMRA, cleared margin, and collateral processes
- Experience with SIMM, Sponsored Repo, and regulatory collateral initiatives
- Buy-side investment operations experience is highly preferred
- Proven people leadership and team management experience
- Strong experience leading transformation, process improvement, and cross-functional initiatives
- Familiarity with collateral platforms such as Acadia, TriOptima, and Triparty Custodians
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; CPA/CFA is an asset
