We are seeking an experienced professional to support, develop, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for application administration, dashboard and report development, troubleshooting, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise business solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365, stakeholder collaboration, and a commitment to delivering scalable, user-focused solutions.

Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and services to support business operations and user requirements.
- Create and enhance reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Administer and monitor Dynamics 365 environments, ensuring optimal performance, system reliability, and user access management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and design effective technology solutions.
- Establish and support governance, information management, and best practices to ensure compliance, usability, and long-term sustainability of solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, provide ongoing support, and implement continuous improvements to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Requirements
- Diploma, certificate, or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Application and Services
- Ability to obtain or currently hold Government Secret Security Clearance
