Willowbridge Community Services is a not-for-profit organization offering counselling, developmental, behavioural, and specialized supports across Brantford, Hamilton, Niagara, Haldimand-Norfolk, Six Nations of the Grand River, and Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. Grounded in the belief that everyone deserves relationships, community, and celebration, Willowbridge works alongside people and families to support fuller, healthier, and more connected lives.
As Willowbridge prepares for its next phase, we are seeking an accomplished CEO to lead systems transformation, strengthen integrated services, advance the Riverside Hub, and position the organization for long-term sustainability and impact.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will provide strategic and operational leadership across the organization, with a focus on:
- Evolving the strategic direction, translating it into clear priorities and measurable results
- Advancing accessible, integrated, and evidence-informed services
- Fostering an inclusive, accountable, and high-performing culture
- Strengthening financial sustainability and mission-aligned growth
- Providing executive oversight for the Riverside Hub
- Deepening relationships with funders, donors, service partners, institutions, municipal partners, and sector networks
- Supporting effective governance, risk management, and service excellence
Who We’re Looking For
The successful candidate will pair strategic leadership with a collaborative, values-driven approach. They will build alignment around a shared vision, guide complex change, and translate ambitious goals into practical action.
You bring:
- Progressive senior executive experience in a complex, mission-driven organization
- Success leading organizational transformation and multi-partner initiatives
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Experience working effectively with a governing Board
- A record of building trusted relationships with funders, donors, local partners, and sector leaders
- A commitment to inclusive, accessible, and community-based service delivery
- The ability to build leadership capacity and foster trust, accountability, and collaboration
