Responsibilities
Perform routine preventative and demand maintenance on the interior and exterior of the facility, including semi-skilled repairs to architectural, structural, and mechanical systems. Complete general maintenance tasks such as drywall, floor, and painting repairs, minor plumbing and equipment repairs, equipment checks, and equipment disassembly for cleaning.
Requirements
Completion of Grade 10 or equivalent and a valid driver's licence are required. A Class 5 ABSA Certificate is required, the employee must live within 20 minutes of the facility, and a 5th Class Power Engineer Certificate is required where boiler support is necessary.
