Role Description The Sales Team Lead PT is a full-time, on-site role based in Winnipeg, MB. This role oversees daily store floor activities, including leading sales initiatives, supporting the team in achieving targets, and ensuring an engaging customer experience. The Sales Team Lead PT coaches and motivates team members, assigns tasks, and monitors performance to maintain high service and operational standards. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, assisting with merchandising, and supporting inventory and store presentation. The role collaborates closely with store leadership to implement sales strategies, uphold company policies, and foster an inclusive, performance-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sales and Customer Service skills, with experience meeting or exceeding retail sales goals and delivering a high-quality in-store experience.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Management skills, including coaching, motivating, and coordinating team members during shifts.
