  • Provide leadership during project planning, estimating, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and contract administration activities.
  • Oversee geomatics and surveying services, including construction layout, legal and engineering surveys, geospatial data collection, UAV applications, and emerging field technologies.
  • Provide strategic direction for materials testing and quality assurance programs, ensuring field and laboratory services support safe, compliant, and high-quality project delivery.
  • Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, accreditation standards, and industry best practices.
  • Review and approve project budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and major procurement decisions to support financial performance and operational objectives.
  • Partner with project teams to proactively identify and mitigate construction, technical, scheduling, contractual, and operational risks.
  • Resolve escalated project issues and provide guidance on technical, commercial, and stakeholder-related challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implementing processes, systems, and technologies that enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness across construction, geomatics, and materials testing operations.
  • Support workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, and employee development initiatives across the Construction Services division.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering, environmental, geomatics, materials testing, and construction activities.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, and community engagements, strengthening the company's reputation and market presence.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, annual budgeting, and long-term business growth initiatives as a key member of the leadership team.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, innovation, and client service while ensuring the division maintains the highest standards of quality, professionalism, and operational performance.
