Sr. UX Writer / Content Designer
6 month contract opportunity, high potential to extend
This is an on-site opportunity.
Five times per week in the downtown Vancouver office.
Responsibilities:
- Design, test, and maintain reusable AI skills - instructions, reference materials, and workflows
- Develop and run evaluations, using representative tasks, edge cases, quality criteria, and scoring rubrics to assess AI outputs
- Analyze results, identify recurring failures, and refine skills to improve accuracy, clarity, consistency, and accessibility
- Compare results across skill versions to understand whether changes improve quality or introduce regressions
- Define when human review is needed, document limitations, and help teammates adopt and improve AI-assisted workflows
- Own content design for product features and user journeys, from discovery through implementation and iteration
- Collaborate with product designers, product managers, developers, and researchers to clarify user needs and simplify complex workflows
- Evolve the B2B style guide, reusable content patterns, and design system documentation
Skills & experience:
- 7+ years' experience as a UX writer, content designer with a focus on B2B content
- Hands-on experience creating and improving reusable AI skills or workflows that support content or product development
- Practical experience designing and running AI evaluations: selecting meaningful test cases, defining quality criteria, assessing
- Strong knowledge of design systems and experience maintaining or developing style guides for complex organizations
- Familiarity with information architecture principles and experience applying them to content-heavy websites or applications
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices
- Experience using data sources and unmoderated user testing tools to measure, analyze, and refine UX copy
$55 - $58 per hour for an INC consultant
