We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with Scrum Master experience to manage technical programs and support Agile delivery across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technical programs from planning through delivery.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams.
- Track project timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Remove blockers and support teams in achieving delivery goals.
- Communicate program status and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Required Skills
- Experience as a Technical Program Manager and Scrum Master.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing technical/software development programs.
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
- Strong risk, dependency, and issue management skills.
Preferred
- CSM, PSM, PMP, or similar certification.
- Experience working with product and engineering teams.
