Role Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with strong Scrum Master experience to lead complex technology programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive Agile delivery from planning through implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple technical programs/projects from initiation through delivery.
- Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Manage program scope, schedule, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, QA, DevOps, Security, and business stakeholders.
- Translate business objectives into technical program plans, roadmaps, epics, and user stories.
- Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, blockers, and delivery risks.
- Track program status, KPIs, velocity, release progress, and overall delivery health.
- Maintain RAID logs, action items, status reports, and executive-level dashboards.
- Drive Agile ceremonies and promote Scrum/Kanban best practices across engineering teams.
- Coordinate release planning, production deployments, and implementation activities.
- Facilitate technical discussions and ensure alignment between engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- Communicate program progress, risks, and decisions to senior leadership and executives.
- Support continuous improvement through retrospectives, process optimization, and Agile maturity initiatives.
- Manage vendor/third-party dependencies when required.
- Ensure technical programs are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, quality, and budget.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management / Project Management.
- Strong hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Experience managing software development and technology programs.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, cloud, APIs, and software architecture.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Strong experience with risk, dependency, stakeholder, and release management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed engineering teams.
