In this role, you will work side-by-side with Master Certified Technicians, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge diagnostic software, complex electrical frameworks, and high-performance powertrains. This is a fast-tracked, structured path designed to turn dedicated enthusiasts into elite, certified luxury brand technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentorship & Learning: Actively assist Master Technicians in complex diagnostics, mechanical overhauls, and advanced electrical troubleshooting on modern luxury vehicles.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform foundational service tasks independently under supervision, including precision oil changes, fluid flushes, tire balances, brake pad replacements, and wheel alignments.
- Diagnostic Familiarization: Learn to navigate brand-specific factory scan tools, read advanced vehicle schematics, and interpret integrated diagnostic system malfunction codes.
- Shop Efficiency & Safety: Maintain an immaculate, organized, and safe individual bay. Manage dealership tools, parts procurement, and vehicle movement within the shop area.
- Quality Control: Conduct multi-point inspections and pre-delivery test drives to ensure all completed work meets strict factory and safety standards.
- Continued Education: Participate fully in the dealership’s structured training programs, working toward brand certifications and ASE credentials.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Completion of or current enrollment in an accredited Automotive Technology program is highly preferred.
- Experience: Basic mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience (DIY, trade school, or express tech roles). engineering (Land rover , Jaguar BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche) is a strong plus.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, exceptional work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.
- Licensing: Valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable driving record (ability to operate manual transmissions is preferred).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and safely operate shop machinery.
