Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Zscaler/Network Engineer with hands-on expertise in ZIA and ZPA to deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and support Zscaler security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain ZIA and ZPA.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and Zscaler issues; perform RCA.
- Monitor Zscaler services, performance, and availability.
- Support incidents, problem management, upgrades, and new deployments.
- Maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
- Collaborate with network, cloud, and security teams.
- Provide knowledge transfer and technical support.
Required Skills:
- Strong Zscaler and Network Engineering experience.
- Hands-on ZIA & ZPA expertise.
- Network troubleshooting and RCA.
- Zscaler cloud security deployment/support.
- Incident and problem management.
- Technical documentation and communication.
