We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Scrum Master to support a strategic enterprise technology platform within the financial services industry.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and process discovery sessions.
- Create BRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze current-state and future-state business processes.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Manage backlog, sprint progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and impediments.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Support UAT, business validation, and production readiness.
- Provide project status, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
🔹 Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Analyst, or Delivery Lead.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
- Excellent requirements gathering and process analysis skills.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and enterprise application delivery.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Capital Markets.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
🔹 Nice to Have
- Experience in risk, compliance, governance, audit, or regulatory reporting.
- Workflow/case management or process automation experience.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data flows.
- Scrum Master, SAFe, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar certification.
- Experience working with global/distributed teams.
