Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced GCP Data Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, SQL, and data warehousing. Experience with dbt, Python, and telecommunications data is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using GCP and BigQuery.
- Write complex and optimized SQL queries for data transformation and analysis.
- Develop and manage dbt models for data transformation, testing, and documentation.
- Use Python scripts for automation and data processing.
- Monitor data quality, troubleshoot pipeline issues, and optimize performance.
- Ensure data security, governance, and compliance.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of data engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with GCP and BigQuery.
- Excellent SQL and data warehousing knowledge.
- Basic to intermediate Python scripting skills.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Knowledge of dbt is an advantage.
- Experience with Telco, CES, call/chat, and network data is highly preferred.
