We are looking for an experienced MRB Liaison Engineer to join a multidisciplinary aerospace engineering team supporting commercial/business aircraft programs.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate aircraft manufacturing non-conformances and deviations.
- Evaluate the impact of manufacturing deviations on aircraft assemblies.
- Prepare engineering dispositions with drawings, sketches, and applicable standards.
- Perform/support stress, structural, fatigue, and damage tolerance analysis.
- Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with Stress, M&P, Aerodynamics, Manufacturing, Quality, and Production teams.
- Support production and resolve aircraft operational/engineering issues.
- Coordinate with engineering teams across Spain, Mexico, and India.
- Mentor and train new MRB engineers.
🔹 Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years MRB/MAP experience in commercial/business aircraft OR 8+ years aerospace design experience.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft structures, airframe and system installation.
- Experience with stress analysis, mechanics of materials, fatigue, damage tolerance, and composites.
- Strong CATIA V5 or similar CAD experience.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent English communication skills; French is an asset.
- Willingness to obtain Engineering MRB delegation after on-the-job training.
