We are looking for an experienced Application/Production Support Engineer to support enterprise and Investment Banking applications, including Salesforce and other critical platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 production support
- Handle Incident, Problem & Change Management
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform RCA
- Support application releases, fixes & enhancements
- Develop automation using Python or similar scripting
- Work with Linux/Windows and SQL
- Monitor application stability and performance
- Maintain runbooks and technical documentation
- Participate in on-call/weekend release support
Must-Have Skills:
✅ Production/Application Support – L2/L3
✅ Python / Scripting & Automation

✅ SQL
✅ ITIL – Incident, Problem & Change Management
✅ Monitoring & Root Cause Analysis
Good to Have:
- Capital Markets / Investment Banking experience
- Geneos, AppDynamics, Dynatrace
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
