We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Data & AI Engineer to support Employee Success initiatives within the Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Python, Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, AI integrations, SQL, and Snowflake.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain solutions using Salesforce Apex, Flow, and Agentforce.
- Build AI agent workflows, actions, and integrations.
- Work with Salesforce Data Cloud for data modeling, querying, and integration.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce, Slack, REST APIs, and external services.
- Use Python, SQL, and Snowflake for data querying, validation, transformation, and analysis.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, data, and AI-agent issues.
- Develop unit tests and support QA/UAT, code reviews, deployments, and production releases.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
🔹 Required Skills
- Strong Python development experience, including ability to develop MCPs.
- Experience with Python data serialization and validation packages.
- Experience with Networking & Transport Layers in Python.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Experience with Agentforce / Salesforce AI solutions.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
- REST API and system integration experience.
- Git-based development and deployment experience.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with technical and business stakeholders.
