Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, methodology, deliverables, and success criteria.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, tasks, and resource requirements.
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and day-to-day project activities.
Monitor schedules, milestones, deliverables, and overall project performance.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contractual requirements.
Identify project risks and develop appropriate mitigation and recovery plans.
Manage the change order process throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular project progress, risk, budget, and performance updates to stakeholders.
Maintain complete and accurate project documentation.
Support the evaluation and monitoring of project KPIs.
Coordinate internal team members, external partners, contractors, and consultants.
Build strong relationships with clients and consultants to support successful project delivery and long-term partnerships.
Follow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices when required.
Identify opportunities to improve internal project processes and recommend solutions.
Participate in Quality Management System (QMS) and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) programs.
Ensure work is performed in accordance with established processes, procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
5+ years of professional project management experience, or demonstrated project management capabilities appropriate for the position.
PMP certification is considered an asset.
Strong project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management skills.
Experience managing project risks, issues, changes, and competing priorities.
Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and conflict-management abilities.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
