Responsibilities
Analyze RF capacity, traffic, coverage, and performance, identify network issues, and recommend upgrades or new-site solutions. Prepare and validate RF designs, compliance studies, technical bills of materials, and engineering records across customer systems.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications engineering, wireless communications, or a related discipline is required, along with at least five years of relevant experience with Canadian cellular operators. Candidates need LTE and 5G NR planning knowledge and hands-on experience with RF qualification, coverage analysis, cell design, CivilSub or RF work orders, or Safety Code 6 compliance.
