Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in a PMO or project management role in aerospace or automotive manufacturing
- Cross-functional background spanning at least two of the following: Procurement, Engineering, Program Management, Production, or Methods
- Direct experience operating within or alongside procurement and supply chain environments
- Proven track record coordinating complex initiatives in multi-site, international program environments
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with supplier qualification frameworks such as APQP and aircraft development gate processes
- Proven ability to operate autonomously with limited direction in a high-stakes, high-visibility environment
- Experience with European or North American aerospace programs
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collect project data from tools and meetings, update KPIs and action trackers, and support management decision-making
- Prepare, run, and document project meetings and workshops
- Own the project action tracker and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Maintain schedule forecasts, perform critical path and deviation analysis
- Track cost status, update budget forecasts, and perform Earned Value Management analysis
- Maintain the R&O register and prepare Risk Review Board materials
- Provide resource status updates and progress indicators
- Support procurement-led APQP activities
- Use and develop AI tools to improve PMO efficiency and reporting processes
