Bilingual QE Engineer – Contact Center Tools
Key Skills: Amazon Connect, French Speaking & Test Automation

Skill Required:

  • Expertise in QE with Contact Center platforms.
  • IVR/Routing Automation using Cyara, Hammer etc.
  • Automation testing across UI & APIs (Selenium, Postman, Karate etc- any of them).
  • Agent Desktop Automation.
  • Java core.
  • Provide technical leadership for maintenance releases, enhancements, and ongoing support activities.
  • Familiarity with tools like Bitbucket/Git, JIRA, Confluence, IDEs (IntelliJ/Eclipse) etc. Experience working in a structured scaled Agile environment.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS Amazon Connect is a plus.
  • French Speaking / Testing Capabilities

Lead quality engineering and automation testing for contact center tools, including IVR, routing, agent desktop, UI, and APIs. Provide technical leadership for maintenance releases, enhancements, and ongoing support activities.

Requirements
