Job Description
- Full-Accountability Business Delivery: Own and drive end-to-end business-driven initiatives (not purely IT/technical projects), taking complete ownership of project charters, integrated schedules, budgets, risk registers, and formal deliverable approvals.
- Credit & Financial Domain Expertise: Apply extensive domain experience in financial services, banking, lending, or credit-granting risk management to lead high-stakes organizational and operational changes.
- Central Stakeholder & Vendor Governance: Serve as the primary liaison between executive sponsors, business managers, internal contribution leads, and third-party integrators, while authorizing project change and resource requests.
- Executive Steering Committee Reporting: Lead governance cadence by preparing and presenting milestone progress, financial health, risk mitigation strategies, and critical decision items directly to senior steering committees.
- Seniority & Certification Standards: Require 10+ years of proven project management experience delivering large cross-functional initiatives in financial institutions; industry certifications (PMP, MGP, PMI-ACP) are strong differentiators.
- Requiring fluent French and a French resume.
