Work is in and around Drayton Valley area, locals preferred.
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean drivers abstract. Experience in operating a 1 ton Picker Crew Truck.
Must be able to take direction from supervisors and be well organized.
Pipefitting threaded pressure piping and assembly.
Hydrostatic pressure testing of both threaded and welded piping spools
Receiving materials such as pipe valves and fittings for use in a pressure service.
Assist Pipefitters where needed during pressure piping measuring, pile layout and structural steel drawings.
Pipeline and pipeline maintenance experience.
Successful candidates should have strong leadership attributes and the willingness to work with and mentor the laborer's that they are teamed up with. Pipefitting Apprentice an asset
The following tickets are an asset for both positions however training can be provided if necessary:
H2S alive, First aid, ground disturbance, K 60 and TBK 60 sleeving tickets, CSO
