· $21.00 - $22.00 per hour + $3.00 per hour Performance Bonus

About the Role
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll help lead the daily housekeeping operation at our 45-unit lodge and cabin property. You'll supervise Room Attendants, inspect guest rooms, maintain quality standards, coordinate daily assignments, and jump in wherever needed to support the team.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll spend time both supervising and actively assisting with housekeeping duties to ensure rooms are guest-ready and operations run smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support a team of Room Attendants
- Assign daily work and monitor productivity
- Inspect guest rooms, cabins, hallways, and public areas
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently met
- Complete daily reports and assignment sheets
- Identify and report maintenance issues
- Support workplace health and safety practices
- Protect guest privacy and follow security procedures
- Assist with cleaning duties when required
- Support operational needs across the property
What We're Looking For
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or lodging environment
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs
