Are you hands-on, dependable, and ready to build your career in the automotive industry? Bannister GP Kia is looking for a Lube Technician to join our Service team in Grande Prairie, AB.

As a Lube Technician, you’ll play an important role in keeping our customers safely on the road while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a busy dealership environment.
The Drive Ahead
Perform oil and filter changes and other routine maintenance services
Complete tire rotations, seasonal tire changes, balancing, and basic tire repairs
Perform fluid checks and top-ups as required
Complete basic vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns
Assist licensed technicians and other members of the Service team as needed
Maintain accurate records of work performed
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
Follow dealership procedures and all workplace health and safety requirements
Help provide an efficient and positive experience for every customer
Performance Essentials
Previous automotive, tire, or lube technician experience is an asset
Mechanically inclined with a genuine interest in the automotive industry
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to safely operate both manual and automatic vehicles
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as your skills develop
