Join the Payments Product Organization supporting high-value payments, improved straight-through processing, and enhanced controls across Capital Markets.
Help shape a transformation roadmap spanning people, processes, data, and technologies in collaboration with IT partners.
Responsibilities
- Map, analyze, and redesign business processes to identify inefficiencies and technology, automation, and process improvement opportunities.
- Analyze current-state Capital Markets payments ecosystems for the payments modernization program.
- Collaborate with operations, legal, compliance, risk, and other cross-functional teams.
- Support product rollout readiness through training and internal team support.
- Model, plan, and execute test cases.
- Develop and prioritize roadmaps, design payment dashboards, and build end-to-end tracking tools.
- Provide thought leadership on technology trends, competitive landscapes, and Capital Markets transformation.
- Manage cross-functional teams, secure buy-in, report project progress, and maintain vendor relationships.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of Business or Product Analyst experience in financial institutions, especially Capital Markets or Payments/Cash Management.
- At least 3 years of hands-on agile development in a product owner role, including user stories and backlog refinement.
- Knowledge of ISO and MT/MX payment formats, SWIFT messaging, FX payments, and instant payments processing.
- Understanding of innovative technologies and current technology trends.
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical resources and complete tasks without significant supervision.
- Strong oral and written communication skills for project and stakeholder audiences.
- Familiarity with legal, compliance, payments processing, and Capital Markets regulations.
- Interest in payments and keeping current with industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications
- CSM or CTP certification is preferred but not required.
