Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of Full-Stack Java development experience
- 1+ year developing Java solutions for soil management systems
- Java/JEE & Spring Boot 2.5+
- Angular 2+ and HTML5
- RESTful APIs & backend integration
- Azure SQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
- Azure DevOps Pipelines & Git Repositories
- Azure Application Service Plan
- API Management (APIM)
- Experience with ESRI ArcGIS Portal / ArcGIS Survey123
- AODA/accessibility knowledge
- Agile development experience
- Strong design, development, testing, and deployment skills
- ESRI ArcGIS and Survey123 experience
- REST API integration with ESRI
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
